Release No. 1
Ass Pocket Whiskey Release No. 1 is a 100-proof Heritage Kentucky Straight Bourbon, hand-selected by Derek. This first-ever APW release dropped in a limited run of 2,500 bottles, debuting at Bourbon & Beyond Festival 2024. Fans got the first taste at an intimate evening hosted by Derek at the Show Barn at Ashbourne Farms, kicking off the festival weekend.
Release No. 2.
Ass Pocket Whiskey Release No. 2: Holiday Proof is a bold 122.5-proof Heritage Kentucky Straight Bourbon, made to crack open on 12/25. Derek, along with his brother David, personally tasted the bourbon at multiple proofs to ensure that the 122.5 proof was more than just a reference to the holiday but also lived up to the quality established in Release No. 1. They were blown away, and APW “Holiday Proof” was born. Only 2300 bottles were made.
